✅👌This cake is a real find for those who do not like to mess with yeast dough. To prepare it, you just need to mix the ingredients - no long waiting time.

✨After baking, it turns out to be tender, soft and porous - what else is needed for delicious baked goods? 🥰

✨ The stuffing I have this time is the simplest - from cabbage and other vegetables. If desired, it can be supplemented with boiled eggs, minced meat or smoked sausages.

📕To make a cake you will need: 🥙

Dough:
Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp l.
Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. l.
Chicken eggs (category C-1) - 3 pcs.
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Sugar - 1 tsp l.
Baking powder - 10 g.
Filling:
Cabbage (preferably young) - 500 g
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Carrots (medium) - 1 pc.
Onions (medium) - 1 pc.
Refined vegetable oil - for frying
Salt and pepper to taste.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First of all, we will deal with the filling, because the dough is prepared in just a couple of minutes. Peel and chop the onion and pepper into small cubes, three carrots on a coarse grater.

We heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables in the following sequence: first we bring the onion to translucency, then add carrots to it, and after 2-3 minutes - pepper. We give the vegetables a little more to fry over low heat.

At this time, we already turn on the oven at 180-190 degrees and begin to thinly chop the cabbage.

When the vegetables are half cooked, pour the cabbage to them. Stir and fry the filling until soft. At the end of frying, be sure to salt and pepper it to taste, mix.

In parallel, we make the dough. First, combine mayonnaise with salt, sugar, half the flour (3 tbsp. l.) and baking powder. Mix well, breaking the flour lumps with a whisk.

We drive all 3 eggs into the dough and stir the mass well again.

Now we introduce the rest of the flour.

And once again mix the dough thoroughly. It turns out to be quite liquid, but airy and porous.

We take a baking dish, pour half of the whole dough on the bottom of the dish and distribute it in an even layer. Lay out all the filling on top, level it.

And fill the cabbage with the remaining dough.

We put in a preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove the cake from the mold, let it cool slightly, cut into portions and serve. It turns out to be soft and airy - just delicious. Such pastries can be served instead of bread or for tea, and can be taken with you to work as a snack.
