Today I offer you a favorite combination for many - meat and vegetables. So, we cook turkey with zucchini in the oven.
We choose young vegetables with a delicate skin and soft seeds. We use chilled turkey fillet, not frozen. Add juiciness to the dish with cherry tomatoes. You can use different spices at your discretion.
You need to serve such a dish on your own, with herbs. However, you can add a side dish to it: rice or any other porridge.
Ingredients:
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Corn oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare everything according to the list. The amount of ingredients can be varied, and spices can also be added.
Rinse the fillet and dry. Then you need to cut the turkey into small pieces.
Rinse and dry the zucchini too. Cut it into plates or cubes.
Wash tomatoes, dry, cut into slices. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings. Also, peel off the garlic cloves.
Mix all ingredients. Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Drizzle over vegetables and turkey with a few tablespoons of corn oil. Place the dish in the oven, bake for 25-30 minutes.
After a while, serve the finished dish to the table, if desired, adding rice or any other garnish.
