Cooking method:
Boil potatoes in salted water, mash and make mashed potatoes. Add eggs to the puree, sift the flour, mix, you should get a thick dough. Form balls of the same size, β moisten your hands with vegetable oil so that the mass does not stick to your hands.
Cover the form with parchment, shift the potato balls and make a hole inside. For the filling, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and send the fillet, cover with a lid and simmer the meat in its own juice until the juice evaporates. After the juice has evaporated, fry until light golden brown. Then add the mushrooms, cut into small cubes, salt, black pepper and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
We stuff potato balls with this filling. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put on top of the filling.
Send to a preheated oven and bake at t 180 * for about 20-30 minutes.
