Today I am preparing a wonderful lunch or dinner: delicious, juicy pizza without flour. Tasty and healthy!

I will make two large pizzas with frozen vegetables, but of course you can also use fresh ones.

I take out frozen vegetables from the freezer in advance: cherry tomatoes.

Frozen bell peppers, mushrooms and some broccoli.

While the vegetables are defrosting, I'll do the "dough". I'll take chicken meat as a basis, I will have chicken breast. Don't worry about dry chicken breast. Thanks to the small secret, the meat base will turn out juicy and tasty.

I chop 4 chicken breasts and one onion in a food processor. Can be scrolled through a meat grinder.

Salt the resulting minced meat, add black ground pepper, aromatic basil and a little sweet paprika.

I add 2 large or 3 medium eggs, 100 ml of low-fat cream or milk.

And 3 topped tablespoons of instant oatmeal. It is thanks to the flakes that the cake will remain firm and juicy. I knead the "dough" well.

I spread half of the minced meat on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat. The second half of the minced meat is for the second pizza.

I form a circle out of minced meat. I send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. I have a convection oven.

The vegetables are a little defrosted, I cut them.

I grease the browned meat crust with tomato paste or ketchup.

I spread vegetables and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for another 20 minutes.

Everything is ready! The aromas are wonderful! You can invite everyone for lunch or dinner.

  • 4 chicken fillets (2 chicken breasts)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large eggs (or 3 medium)
  • 100 ml non-fat cream (or milk)
  • 3 tbsp with top of oatmeal
  • salt, pepper, basil, paprika
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 6 small mushrooms
  • 3-4 broccoli inflorescences
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 gr cheese
