Today I will cook a deliciously delicious cake with unusual cakes and the most delicate melting cream!

I'll start with the cream, pour 250 ml of milk into the saucepan and add 250 grams of sour cream. I have sour cream 20% fat.

I pour 160 grams of sugar, about a teaspoon of vanilla sugar and add 2 eggs.

I dilute two tablespoons of starch with a top in a small amount of milk. I have corn starch.

Add the diluted starch to the saucepan and stir with a whisk until smooth.

I put on fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. At first I make the fire big, and when the cream becomes hot (and the cream becomes more liquid) I reduce the light to small. And already on low heat I cook until thick.

Add 70 grams of softened butter directly to the hot cream and mix everything with a whisk.

The result is an amazingly tasty and delicate cream that tastes like ice cream. I cover the cream with a film "in contact" and let it cool.

I need a large orange, rub the zest on a fine grater. I do not grab the white part of the peel, it is bitter.

And from the orange itself I squeeze the juice. In total, you should get 150 ml of juice. I add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to orange juice.

Add a pinch of salt and orange zest to 300 grams of flour. I stir it.

I pour in orange juice.

Kneading the orange dough. I kneaded a little with a spatula and add butter, 2 tablespoons. I pre-melted the butter in the microwave.

I continue to knead the dough with my hands. When all the ingredients are combined, I proceed to knead the dough on the table. I knead for another 5 minutes, the dough turns out to be fragrant, not sticking to my hands.

I put the dough in the "rest" bag for 15-20 minutes.

The dough lay down and became even softer. I form a sausage from the dough and cut into 8 pieces.

I roll each part, forming a small neat ball.

I grease the plate with the remnants of melted butter, spread the balls and also grease with butter. Cover the plate with balls with a bag for 5 minutes.

From the ball I stretch the cake with my hands.

I transfer the cake to the frying pan. Fire is slightly above average. While the cake is fried, I will prepare the next one.

As the cake gilded - I turn it over. Thus, I fry all the cakes.

After the cream has cooled, I mix it well with a whisk. I'm starting to assemble the cake.

I grease the cake with cream, for each cake, 2 full tablespoons are obtained.

I grease the top cake with cream and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Top covered with a large bowl.

We decorate as you wish, you can use berries or chocolate. I decided to sprinkle it with coconut.

The cake is delicious and unusual. The cakes have an orange hint, they are quite dense and are somewhat reminiscent of the cakes in the Napoleon cake. And the cream is delicate, with an amazing ice cream taste. Try to cook!
