Tender pork under a potato coat - hearty, tasty and fragrant. A vegetable salad is a great side dish.

Pork under potato skins

Ingredients: pork, potatoes, sour cream, hard cheese, garlic, salt, ground black pepper

Cooking method:

Pork (I used pork neck) cut lengthwise into 4 steaks, salt, season with black pepper. Peel potatoes and garlic. Grind potatoes, garlic and cheese on a fine grater.

Shabby potatoes, garlic and cheese are combined in a deep bowl, seasoned with salt and black ground pepper (you can add your favorite spices), add sour cream and mix everything until smooth states. We take a baking dish, put pork steaks in it.

Spread the potato coat on top with a thick layer and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve hot, an excellent hot dish for a festive table, as well as for a family dinner.
