Today we will prepare a very tasty dish: crispy zucchini in the oven. Prepare quickly and easily!
The oven can be immediately put to heat up to 200 degrees. While I will prepare 4 small zucchini, each about 300 gr.
I cut the zucchini into oblong cubes.
Now I'm getting down to the most important thing, breading. Thanks to the breading, the zucchini will be crispy.
I need 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs and the same amount of semolina. I have semolina of durum wheat. Combine in one bowl.
I add 60 g of cheese grated on a fine grater.
I don’t salt the zucchini so that they would not let the water go. But I salt the breading well, two decent pinches of salt, that will be enough.
I definitely add dry garlic.
I add oregano. You can add basil. I mix everything well.
Shake two eggs with a fork.
I roll each piece of zucchini in flour.
Then in the egg.
And in the end I roll in breadcrumbs.
I spread the zucchini on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat. I spread the cubes at some distance from each other so that a crisp is formed on all sides.
I send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. I will focus on the crust.
In the meantime, I'm busy with the next baking sheet, one will definitely not be enough :)
These are such crispy handsome men! Serve very tasty with sauce. For example sour cream with garlic and herbs. Try to cook!
