I add 1 tablespoon of sugar to 180 grams of cottage cheese.
I add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
I add 1 handful of raisins. I have soft raisins, I will not additionally soak it. If your raisins are hard, it is better to soak them in water for 10 minutes.
I drive the egg into a separate bowl and shake it with a fork.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the egg mass into the cottage cheese.
Mix thoroughly with a fork.
I spread the slices of white bread with curd filling.
We pass to the stove, put the frying pan to warm up. I pour some vegetable oil into the pan.
I dip some of the "cheesecakes" in an egg, and some will brown like this. The taste of the "cheesecake" will be different: the egg will be soft, but simply browned will be crispy.
I put both options down with cottage cheese. As soon as the curd has set in a crust, the sandwiches will easily turn over.
Turn over and lightly brown on the back.
