I present to your attention a recipe for a kind of meat pie in pita bread. The preparation is very simple and fast enough.
Well, how delicious it is, I think you yourself will appreciate!
Let's prepare the dishes and after counting it KBZHU I was pleasantly surprised. I even counted twice два
✅For the cake, I needed the following products (about 4 servings):
- minced chicken breast with onions - 440 g (about 400 g of breast and 40 g of onion),
- thin pita bread - 145 g,
- suluguni cheese - 70 g,
- a small bunch of green onions - 20 g,
- sour cream (I have 20%, but it is better to use sour cream with a lower fat content) - 50 g,
- tomato paste - 20 g,
- salt, black pepper, paprika, dry garlic in minced meat,
- dry basil (optional).
Cooking.
We rotate the chicken breast and onion.
I already had frozen minced meat, I just defrosted it.
Add salt, black pepper, dry garlic and paprika to the minced meat and mix well.
Grate the suluguni cheese on a coarse grater, chop the green onion smaller.
We cut the lavash into long strips - I got 3 strips. See the width for yourself so that it is convenient for you to put it in a baking dish. I also had to cut the rolled rolls in half to fit tightly into the mold.
We distribute part of the minced meat on a strip of pita bread.
Sprinkle with cheese and green onions and roll into a roll.
I cut the rolls in half to fit them more tightly into the baking dish. She folded it up like a jigsaw puzzle.
Mix sour cream and tomato paste, add about 100 ml of water, a pinch of dry basil.
Fill the pita rolls with minced meat with a sour cream-tomato mixture.
We send it to an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into portions and enjoy!
Enjoy your meal!
