These are very simple semolina baking recipes that go well with tea or coffee. Save!
Mannik on kefir
Ingredients:
2 glasses of kefir
2 cups semolina
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
0.5 cups flour
1 hour l. soda
vanillin
50 gr. margarine or butter
Preparation:
1. Pour the semolina with kefir and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Pour in warm melted butter or margarine.
3. Pour soda into the swollen semolina and add all the flour.
4. Combine the eggs with the semolina mixture and mix well.
5. Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour or semolina.
6. Pour the dough into a mold and place in a hot oven for 30-40 minutes. Temperature 180 degrees. Done!
Mannik turns out to be juicy and very delicate in taste!
Chocolate mannik
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
3 eggs
0.5 cups of water
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
2 tbsp. l. condensed milk
2 tbsp. l. butter
a pinch of vanillin
1 cup of sugar
1 bag of baking powder
2 tbsp. l. flour (better than corn)
2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder with top
Preparation:
Glaze: and pour water at room temperature, add sour cream and leave to stand for 30-40 minutes so that the semolina swells.
2. Pour condensed milk, melted butter into the semolina.
3. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla separately. Pour into the bulk, stir.
4. Pour in flour and cocoa sifted together with baking powder.
5. Pour the chocolate dough into a greased pan.
Bake at 180-190 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
6. When the cake is completely cool, you can cover it with icing.
To do this, melt chocolate (50 g) with butter (30 g) and a teaspoon of water in a saucepan under the lid.
Do not boil! Just heat and grind the mass with a brush or spatula.
Add condensed milk to the chocolate mass and stir. Done!
Pour the cake immediately and spread the icing with a spatula or spatula over the surface of the cake.
Be sure to let the finished pie stand in the refrigerator for an hour.
Mannik with apples
Ingredients:
2 eggs
0.5 cups sugar
1 glass of kefir
1 cup semolina
0.5 tsp l. slaked soda vinegar
apples for the filling (2-3 pcs.)
Preparation:
1. Mix semolina with kefir so that it swells.
2. Beat eggs with sugar. Combine semolina and eggs. Pour in baking soda with vinegar, stir. The dough is ready!
3. Peel and cut the apples, put them in a greased dish.
4. Pour the dough over the apples.
5. Bake the manna in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 45-50 minutes until a beautiful golden brown crust.
Mannik with banana
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1 cup flour
150 gr. Sahara
3 eggs
1 bag of baking powder
3 bananas
ground nutmeg or cinnamon on the tip of a knife (can be replaced with 1 tsp. l. orange peel)
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and spices. Pour semolina into the eggs, mix and leave for 20-30 minutes.
2. Sift flour with baking powder. Combine flour mixture with swollen semolina.
3. Grease the form with oil or cover with parchment and fill with dough.
4. Peel bananas and cut into slices. Put the circles in the dough, immerse part in it, and leave part on top as decoration.
5. Bake manna at 180 degrees for no more than 40 minutes.
