2. Peel the pumpkin, grate. Chopped pumpkin should be about a glass.
3. Add pumpkin and flax seeds to porridge 20 minutes before cooking is complete.
4. Do not salt or sweeten the porridge. You can pour in only a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
The finished porridge should be crumbly. Recommended over dinner.
