If you love the savory taste of pickled ginger, I suggest you make a chic salad. He will definitely surprise and bring a bright accent to the diet.

So, I'm preparing a salad with pickled ginger, apple and crab sticks. Among other things, add freshness to the dish with cucumber and young cabbage. All the ingredients are available, they go well with each other, so the salad will immediately fall in love with you. For dressing, it is better to use a little of your favorite oil, for example, avocado or linseed oil.

You can serve salad to the table on its own or with any side dish of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • Young cabbage - 150 g
  • Fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • Crab sticks - 70 g
  • Pickled ginger - 50 g
  • Apple - 0.5 pcs.
  • Avocado oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Process:

Step 1 of 9

Prepare all the required foods that are listed.

Cut the young cabbage into thin strips. Place in a deep bowl.

Cut fresh cucumber into strips or small cubes.

Remove the crab sticks from the freezer in advance. After removing the film, cut them into circles and add to the salad bowl.

Choose an apple sweet and sour, dense. Remove the middle. Cut the apple into medium-sized pieces and add to a bowl.

Transfer the pickled ginger to the salad. Then add avocado oil, salt and pepper to taste.
