Today I am preparing an amazingly tasty and simple dish. A lover of Khachapuri will like such an interesting, I would say "lazy" version of the pies.
I need 300 grams of kefir 3.2% fat at room temperature. I add 2/3 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
I add 1 egg and mix everything with a whisk.
I add 1/2 teaspoon of soda to 500 grams of flour and mix it here.
I knead a soft, pleasant dough. Mixed with a spoon and add 30 grams of vegetable oil.
Now I knead with my hands. In the process, I added 2 more tablespoons of flour. Cover the dough and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
I will have an extraordinary, festive filling))) For the filling, I took cottage cheese, regular cheese and feta cheese. All these products are interchangeable, something you can take more, something less.
My cottage cheese is pasty, I knead it with a fork. I also knead feta cheese. I rub regular cheese on a coarse grater.
I try the filling with salt and add the egg, stir. Add greens if desired.
The rich cheese and curd filling is ready!
I dust the table with flour, roll the dough into a sausage and divide it into 8 parts.
I roll each piece of dough into a bun. I'll cover the koloboks with a towel so that they don't get windy. I roll the first kolobok into a round thin cake.
I fry the cakes in a dry frying pan, on both sides until golden brown. Average fire.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
I spread the cakes in the form, grease each cake with the filling on top.
I also grease the topmost cake with the filling.
I put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes, at the end I turn on the top grill for 2 minutes for a pleasant crust.
The cake turned out to be fragrant and rich. But next time I'll add even more filling :) The dough is soft and the edges are like cookies. Try to cook!
