Today I am making a very tasty and satisfying pie. The dough will be unusual: curd and without flour. Juicy and aromatic filling inside.
I warm up the frying pan and pour in some vegetable oil. I am sending finely chopped onion to be fried.
Add the grated carrots and fry together for another 3 minutes.
I add minced chicken 400 gr., But any will do.
I fry, stirring occasionally, almost until tender.
Salt and add spices: dried parsley, oregano, sweet paprika.
I add finely chopped bell pepper.
I fry for a few more minutes, the filling is ready!
For the dough, I drive 4 eggs into a bowl. I add a pinch of salt.
Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
I add 2 packs of cottage cheese, 180 g each.
Mix again with a mixer.
In 3 tablespoons of starch, I add 1 teaspoon of baking powder with a small top. I stir it.
Pour into a common bowl and mix quickly with a mixer, just so that there are no lumps.
I greased the baking dish with vegetable oil and spread about half of the dough. I spread all the meat filling on top.
I spread the second half of the dough on top. I level it.
I send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. I check the readiness for a dry toothpick.
The pie can be served hot or cold. Delicious, rich, aromatic, juicy pie. Try to cook!
