  • 700-800 gr chicken thighs
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50 gr green beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 5 peppercorns
  • juice of half or whole lemon
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 20 grams of gelatin (per 1 liter. broth)
  • To make the broth more saturated, you can add drumsticks and wings during cooking.
