Chicken fillet with potato and mushrooms fur

Hearty, flavorful and very simple tasty dish.

Ingredients:

chicken breast
300 gr. mushroom
0.5 kg of potatoes
onion
1 tbsp. l. flour
1 tbsp. milk
150 ml cream
100 gr. cheese
salt
pepper
greens
vegetable oil

Preparation:


1. Boil potatoes in their skins until soft. Cool and clean.

2. Chicken wash, dry towels and cut into portions. You can gently beat off.
The meat with salt and season with pepper.

3. Mushrooms clean the film and cut into fairly large pieces.

4. Peeled onions chop into cubes.

5. Fry chicken breast in vegetable oil prior to browning and put on a plate.

6. At the same oil, fry the onions and mushrooms.
Pour the flour into the pan and carefully mix.

7. Then pour the milk and cream, and continue to stir the contents of the pan so that no lumps.
Put in a pan fried chicken.
Fried with salt and season with pepper to taste.

8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

9. Baking dish greased with oil.
Put in the form of the contents of the pan.
Top grate potatoes, then cheese.

10. Bake for about 30-40 minutes all.

The finished hot dish to decorate with fresh herbs and serve.
