Today I will cook a very simple and quick lunch or dinner. A recipe especially for those who do not have much time, but need to feed their families deliciously :)

This is another option, loved by many, chicken cutlets.

I will be using frozen vegetables. The only thing I did was put the vegetables in a colander to defrost them beforehand.

I send vegetables to the blender bowl.

I cut one large chicken breast and send it to the bowl too.

I will grind it not very finely, but so that small pieces are obtained.

Literally a minute and the minced meat is ready!

I add 2 eggs, salt and pepper.

A little dry garlic.

I add 1 teaspoon of hot mustard.

I add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well.

Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. I spread the minced meat with a spoon.

Fry over medium heat, on both sides until golden brown.

These delicious chicken cutlets with vegetables are ready. I got a large plate.

Delicious, very tender and juicy! Try to cook!

  • 1 chicken breast (two fillets)
  • 400 g frozen vegetable mixture
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • salt, pepper, dry garlic
  • 1-2 tsp mustard
