Today I am preparing a deliciously tasty, bright, rich, interesting dessert without baking. Very simple and easy to prepare.

I need dates. Only 400 grams of dates with seeds. I take out the bones. I pre-filled the dates with boiling water for 10-15 minutes so that they become soft.

Whoever doesn't like dates can be replaced with prunes, dried apricots, raisins, or all together.

I send the dates to the blender bowl. I add 200 grams of walnuts to the dates.

I add 2 tablespoons of top cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons of water.

I grind the ingredients well in a blender, you should get a paste. Sticky, aromatic and delicious pasta. This paste is very good to use as a base for cakes without baking.

I grease the form with odorless vegetable oil.

I spread it into the "dough" form, level and tamp.

I put the mold in the refrigerator.

I'll make a chocolate icing. Sift three tablespoons of cocoa powder into a bowl.

I pour in 40 grams of butter, melted in the microwave. Stir quickly.

I add 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well again.

I distribute the chocolate paste over the "dough". I send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cut into pieces and serve for tea. A very tasty, aromatic and rich dessert with a bright interesting taste.
