Today I am preparing a simple, but amazingly tasty, very tender curd cake for tea.
The oven can be immediately put to heat up to 180 degrees, the pie is prepared very quickly.
We need 3 eggs, drive them into a bowl. I pour in about 120 grams of sugar.
You can add vanilla sugar, but the cake is so fragrant that you can do without vanilla.
Shake briefly with a whisk.
I add 300 grams of cottage cheese.
My cottage cheese is grainy, so I will additionally punch it with a blender. If the cottage cheese is pasty, then this is not necessary.
I add three tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix again with a whisk.
I need 120 grams of flour, I send a bag of baking powder (10 grams) to the flour. Stir in flour.
I send flour to the future dough. Quickly knead with a whisk. You don't need to knead for a long time, since we have a baking powder. As soon as there are no lumps, you must stop. Otherwise, the baking powder will stop working.
I shift the curd dough into a mold. I pre-greased the form with vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
I spread canned peaches, lightly pressing. I preliminarily cut the halves of the peaches into slices.
I send it to the oven, the oven is already preheated to 180 degrees. It will take 20-25 minutes. I'll check for a dry toothpick.
The pie turns out to be tender, curd. Delicious, perfect for tea. Try to cook!
