They call it "Invisible", because the dough in the cake is almost invisible, only apples, but it keeps its shape perfectly. He also has one more advantage - you can not put sugar at all, and without it it turns out very sweet.
I prepare the dough first. To do this, beat two eggs with a mixer into a lush, lightened foam. Next, add milk, melted butter and beat again.
Now is the time to add flour, I use ordinary wheat, but if you replace it with oatmeal, then this pie can "pass" for a dietary one. I mix the dough thoroughly, it should turn out a little thicker than for pancakes.
And now you can start preparing the filling itself. I take some large garden apples, peel and core, and cut them into thin slices. So that they do not have time to darken much, I immediately send them to the dough.
After all the apples are chopped, you need to mix them well with the dough, trying to make sure that the dough envelops each apple slice. You can choose any baking dish.
The form with the future cake must be sent to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 1 hour.
I sprinkle icing sugar on top of the still warm pie and serve.
