#pizza #games The dough is prepared according to the recipe of the author Linda L. @Zeit_Zeitoun
Ingredients: For the dough:, Wheat flour, Warm water, Sugar, Salt, Dry yeast, Vegetable oil, For the filling:, Cheese mozzarella/suluguni, Tomatoes, Bulb onion, Olives, For the sauce:, Tomatoes, Aromatic herbs (basil), Dry garlic (according to optional), Salt
Cooking method:
I used a 300ml Cookpad cup. Sift flour into a container, add salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, mix. Gradually add warm water, knead the dough.
We add enough water to make a soft, elastic, non-sticky dough. From a whole cup of water I have a little left. Cover the dough with a lid or film and send it to a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. I use the oven turned off, preheated to 40-50 degrees.
For now, let's get on with the filling and sauce. For the sauce, rub 2-3 tomatoes in a blender, add salt and basil. We send to a dry frying pan, bring to a boil. If it is very liquid, then continue to evaporate without a lid over medium heat until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
After 1-1.5 hours, we take out the dough, transfer it to a table sprinkled with flour. We heat up the oven. I use the "Pizza" mode (bottom heat + hot air) and bake at 200℃. Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour or semolina.
Roll out the dough, transfer to a baking sheet. We send it to the hot oven for 5-7 minutes - this is the preliminary baking of the base.
We take out a slightly baked base from the oven, grease with sauce, lay out the filling and cheese. I like suluguni cheese - great for pizza.
We send the pizza to the preheated oven, bake until cooked (the cheese should melt, but not fry). Fragrant and juicy pizza is ready. Bon appetit and success in cooking!!!
