How to make a juicy boiled pork in multivarka?

Very tasty meat can be served either hot or cold as an appetizer.

This boiled pork cook very quickly and do not even need an oven.

It goes well with a side dish of potatoes or grilled vegetables, and simply delicious as cutting sandwiches.

Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

1.2-1.5 kg pork
50 ml of vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves
1 h. l. ground paprika
1 h. l. Provencal herbs

1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. ground black pepper

Preparation:

It requires pork loin, foil and multivarka.

1. Prepare the marinade. Garlic clean and skip through the press or grate.

Add garlic and spices in vegetable oil. Stir and leave to infuse the marinade for 15 minutes.

2. A piece of pork wash, dry with paper towels.

3. Rub the meat on all sides with marinade. Do not add salt!

4. Share pork in a bowl, to tighten with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours to marinate.

5. Take the meat out of the fridge and now rub with salt.

6. Tie the meat with string or thread wrapped in two large pieces of foil, to avoid holes.

7. Put the bundle in Multivarki bowl, set mode "Baking" for 2 hours.
