Ingredients: Honey, Soda, Butter, Chicken eggs, Sugar, Wheat flour, Sour cream 25%, Powdered sugar, Salt

Cooking method:

We spread 100 grams of honey in a saucepan placed on the stove and, stirring, bring it to a boil over medium heat, then pour 1 teaspoon of soda into it, then mix well and prepare the honey mixture at a minimum fire. Remove the saucepan from the stove and put 120 grams of butter in it, then mix the butter with honey until a homogeneous mixture and cool.

We break 4 chicken eggs into a large bowl, then pour 0.10 teaspoon of salt into it and beat with a mixer until smooth, then pour 120 grams of sugar into a bowl in two doses and continue to beat all the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until fluffy white masses.

We spread 2 tablespoons of the egg mass in a saucepan with the honey mixture and mix, then pour the resulting mixture in a thin stream into the bowl with the egg mass and mix while maintaining splendor. Sift 220 grams of wheat flour into a bowl with a liquid base in parts and continue to gently mix all the ingredients together until a homogeneous dough of the required consistency is obtained.

We spread parchment on two baking sheets, then draw circles with a diameter of 18 centimeters on them and put 2 tablespoons of the cooked dough on them in an even layer, after which we put the baking sheets in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake the cakes for 5 minutes, then bake another 8 in the same way cakes.

We prepare the cream and put 500 grams of 25% sour cream in a large bowl, then pour 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into it and beat with a mixer until smooth. We begin to collect the cake and lay out 10 cake layers, lined with acetate tape, in a suitable form, which we alternate with a uniform layer of sour cream and put the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Grind 2 cakes with a blender or rub them to crumbs on a fine grater.

After the lapse of time, we release the cake from the mold and apply an even layer of cream on top and sides of the cake, then distribute the top and sides of the cake with an even layer of crumbs and put the cake in the refrigerator for further impregnation. Cut the cooked cake into slices, then put them on portioned plates and serve. Bon appetit, dear friends!
