DESSERT without baking with Nectarines

A wonderful no-bake summer dessert with nectarines. This dessert turns out to be magically delicious: a delicate creamy layer of jelly is in perfect harmony with a sour layer of fragrant nectarines. This dessert is perfect for summer. It is perfect for every day as well as for the holiday table.
Preparing such a dessert without baking is not difficult at all, but it will take some time for the jelly to solidify. You can also use peaches instead of nectarines.
Be sure to treat your loved ones with such an unusual jelly dessert in the summer heat. It's not hard and it's amazingly delicious!

Ingredients:

Cream layer:

  • milk - 350 ml
  • cream 15-30% - 150 ml
  • sugar - 60 g
  • gelatin - 10 g

Nectarine layer:

  • nectarines - 350 g
  • sugar - 60 g
  • water - 50 ml
  • gelatin - 8 g

Decoration:

  • kiwi - 1 pc.
  • nectarine - 1 pc.
  • strawberries - 2-3 pcs.
  • blueberries - 50 g

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the butter layer.
Pour 10 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour about 50 ml of milk. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell for about 10 minutes.

2. Pour 300 ml of milk, 150 ml of cream with a fat content of 15 to 30% into a saucepan and pour 60 g of sugar. We put everything on fire. Heat up, stirring occasionally. As soon as the mixture boils, remove it from the heat.

3. For convenience, pour everything into a container with a spout. Here, in the milk mixture, we put the already swollen gelatin. Mix everything until smooth and let it cool down a bit. For faster cooling, the container can be placed in cold water.

4. Pour the cooled butter mixture into glasses. Fill about half a glass. We put everything in the refrigerator to harden.

5. While the creamy layer hardens, prepare the fruit jelly.
Pour 8 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 50 ml of water. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell.

6. 350 g nectarines, peeled and pitted.
Put the peeled nectarines in a saucepan and pour 60 g of sugar. Blend with an immersion blender until a smooth puree is obtained. Pure nectarine puree should be 300 g.

7. We put the puree on fire. Stir occasionally. As soon as the puree boils, remove it from the heat.

8. Add the swollen gelatin to the hot puree. Mix everything until smooth and leave to cool to room temperature.

9. For convenience, I pour the puree into a container with a spout.
Pour the already cooled nectarine puree onto the frozen creamy layer. Place the dessert in the refrigerator to harden.

10. The dessert can be left as is, but it is better to decorate it with berries and fruits on top.
To decorate the dessert, cut strawberries, peach and kiwi.
We take out the dessert from the refrigerator and decorate each glass with fruits and berries. Decorated dessert becomes beautiful and more appetizing. From this amount of ingredients, I got 5 cups with dessert. The volume of each glass is 200 ml.

Summer dessert with nectarine puree turned out to be very beautiful and tasty. It is moderately sweet with a pleasant creamy taste, and fruits give it lightness. Be sure to cook it, it's quite easy.
