This pleasant mint-smelling cocktail has vasodilating properties.
Mint has a beneficial effect on the body (especially on the female). It lifts the mood due to its essential oils, increases stress resistance and performance.
Ingredients:
1. Mint - bunch
2. Water - 1 glass
3. Dried ginger powder - on the tip of a knife
Preparation
We found last year's mint thawed out from under the snow, cut it off with scissors or broke it off, washed it well (leaves together with twigs).
Dried on a tray for drying herbs (or on a cloth, strainer, or shaken like this), divided into smaller parts, placed in blender capacity, added warm water and ginger on the tip of a knife (now is the time when we add ginger almost everywhere as a protective means).
Beat for about a minute until smooth. Strain through a strainer and enjoy in small sips a pleasant fresh mint cocktail.
If we are preparing it for a loved one, then you can decorate the cocktail with mint leaves. And you can also mix it with other spring herbs and you will also get a pleasant cocktail with a mint hue.
