Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Today, just to tell you about their menu and will not zanudstvovat and tell that the rapid weight loss, we girls will not benefit. We are all adults and we choose what is more important to us - health and attractive appearance or weight fast relief.

For breakfast today I scrambled in a pita with cheese and green onion and half a tomato.

After seeing that breakfast at me the low-calorie, I added to green tea 15 g chocolate 75%.

Just for breakfast - 340 kcal.

Today, the whole day working in parallel and gradually gathered the family on the weekend. We're going to stay with relatives on a visit to another city. Hooray, I will once again be a great weekend!)

Today afternoon snacks consisted of rye loaf with fish paste (25 g) and a few slices of tomato (not weighed) with green tea. And a little later, I ate an apple (130 g).

Not included in the frame of rye bran (30 g), which I have measured out the whole day.

Total snack turned out (with bran) on 260 kcal.

Well, when you do not have to cook, because there is a pre-cooked food.

Today for lunch I had turkey with vegetables in an Asian style (well, something similar to the Asian style, it hurts not scold me for the title).

300 g of turkey with vegetables and tomatoes half (65 g) - 200 kcal.

And imagine, I can not remember the last time I drank coffee with milk. But today I wanted him madly. And after dinner, I drank a cup of coffee with milk (150 g) - 85 kcal.

Yes, even milk write, so you do not wonder why we are not losing weight. And because that was 150 grams of milk is not recorded, there is a piece of chocolate and now 200 more calories. Photographing did not coffee with milk, well, who need it?)

Later in the afternoon I had to go on business.

And returned with his family, we decided to open the swimming season. Today, I finally - that I dared to swim. Vodicka already warm, especially in the evening warmed. People have already saved from heat in the ponds.

For dinner was tomato salad (130 g), cucumber (100 g), and Chinese cabbage (about 30 g), seasoned soft cheese (25 g). 110 g of turkey, on the non-stick frying pan fried. And the tea-banana muffins oatmeal (110 g).

Dinner came to 380 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1265 kcal.
