Not new, but consistently delicious combination of products. Marinated in a light vinegar, red onions are bright, in every way. It is recommended to try the salad at all stages of preparation. Holidays can be very delicious. 😁 #fast
Ingredients: canned tuna, avocado, boiled egg, pickled cucumbers, fresh cucumber, radish, lettuce mix, onion red, apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, non-spicy (or spicy) mustard, salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, olive butter
Cooking method:
Split the tuna a little with a fork. Cut the pickled cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Add mustard, half a teaspoon, two kinds and lemon juice. Mix carefully. Leave for five to ten minutes.
Cut half of a small red onion into thin half rings. Pour in apple cider vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
Cut fresh cucumber, radish and avocado into small pieces. Hard boil an egg.
Arrange lettuce mix on a serving platter. Put cucumber, avocado, radish on top. Salt a little and season with black pepper. Then evenly distribute the tuna. Garnish with pickled onion and egg. Drizzle salad with olive oil.
