And today I am preparing a salad with chicken liver. Very simple, minimum of ingredients and nevertheless very tasty. The recipe of this salad have known for a very long time - as soon as the thought comes to mind is to prepare a salad with liver, the first option is always reminded of this recipe.

Ingredients for cooking:

Chicken liver - 300 g
Carrot - 1 piece.
Onion - 1 pc.
Salted (pickled) cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil for frying vegetables - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Starting with boiling chicken liver. I lays liver already boiling water, add a little salt, 1 bay leaves, black pepper several peas, and cook for 20 minutes. Although decoction - is only one liver cooking options, some prefer it to fry, so that it is at your discretion. Ready liver Let cool and cut straws type.
