Of course, if you have those extra 3-5 kilograms and you have not suffered from excess weight all your life, be friends with food and intuitively all your life eat and do not overeat - you may just have to give up the list of products for a while in order to quickly lose weight and return to your usual diet. After all, 3-5 extra pounds came from, so to speak, by chance - they just relaxed too much on vacation, they were visiting and ate what was offered, and so on.

After dinner, I washed up berries and fruits, which I ate slowly for the rest of the day.

And they persuaded me to cook magnificent pancakes in milk for dinner. I decided to eat them myself.

220 g pancakes with 50 g sour cream and 25 g strawberries - 640 kcal.

The result of the day - 1800 kcal. B - 94, F - 70, U - 198.

And once again I will pay attention to the fact that my norm for maintaining weight is 1700 kcal. During the week, I accumulate free calories that I spend on weekends, allowing myself a little more than usual.

I chose this option for myself. 5 days a week, observance of KBZhU with a slight calorie deficit, weekends - I can disturb the balance of BZhU and exceed calories, but so that the average calorie content of the diet per week is normal.

to me so much more comfortable. I understand that I can relax a little on the weekend (some psychological moment), but I know that I control my diet in general.
