This salad is served in a cafe in St. Petersburg, and the chef kindly shared the recipe, since it is present on each of our holiday table.
Rich, bright, fresh, not normal, not bored taste, guests often ask the recipe, and it says a lot.
Salad with ham, cheese, vegetables and olives
Ingredients:
- Ham, not fat - 300-350 gr.
- ISDA cheese - 300-350 grams.
- Pepper - 1-2 pieces.
- Cucumber - 1-2 pieces.
- Olives (olives) are black, pitted - 1 jar
- Parsley - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
Ham, choose high-quality, more uniform, with the lowest fat pieces, such ham will be easier to cut.
Cheese-ISDA is ideal for this salad to taste and density, it does not crumble, it also facilitates cutting.
Pepper better select red or orange, green or pale yellow merge with the other ingredients and salad will pale mass.
Preparation:
Cut the ham, cheese and cucumber into thin strips!
At the core of pepper we clean and well chopped.
Olives cut in rings.
Crumble greens.
Shred cucumber.
Three cheese.
Now, in a salad bowl combine vegetables and herbs. Salt to taste.
Add cheese.
Ham and olives.
Dressed with a small amount of mayonnaise and all! Salad ready!
