Today we will prepare a thick and delicious drink - spinach smoothie. In my opinion, this is one of the most beneficial smoothies not only for the body and digestion, but also great for a light snack on hot summer days. Plus, it's just the perfect meal for vegans, vegetarians and of course athletes. If you are on a weight loss diet and body fat reduction workout, then this spinach smoothie is for you. Cook with pleasure, especially since it is so simple and quick that your loved ones will not even notice your momentary absence.

Ingredients:

Spinach - 70 g

Cucumber - 150 g

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Sea salt - to taste

Drinking water - 100 g

Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Parsley - 10 g

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Wash vegetables, spinach and parsley, pat dry with paper towels.

2. Take young cucumbers for smoothies, with small seeds and thin peels. Cut the ends, cut into small slices.

3. Fold the sliced ​​cucumbers into the blender bowl, add fresh spinach washed under running water.

4. Wash the parsley too, add to the bowl, lightly salt with sea salt. If its stems are thin, then you can put it in a blender with them, if they are thick, then it is better to cut them off, they are fibrous and the taste of the finished smoothie will not be very pleasant.

5. Gradually pouring pure drinking water (preferably filtered or purchased) into the blender bowl, add extra virgin olive oil and lime juice, punch everything until smooth. Adjust the density as you wish. Taste the puree, perhaps adding salt or olive oil.

6. Pour the drink into portions. You can add several ice cubes to each serving of the green smoothie, if desired.
