Ingredients:

kefir
flour
cheese
greens
salt
sugar
eggs
butter
vegetable oil

In this recipe, it is important to observe all the steps, so please be sure to read to the end so as not to miss the main points.

So, from yogurt, salt, sugar, flour and knead the dough. Yogurt, we need 1 cup, 2 cups of flour, salt and sugar put to taste. Knead the dough well, it should have an elastic and resilient.

The resulting dough camouflage cloth and remove for 30-40 minutes somewhere in a warm place, let him stand up. It does not rise, because there is no yeast, just let him stand up "rest", as envelopes are obtained tastier.
