French chicken meat is very tasty, satisfying, juicy and easy to prepare. Unlike the pork version, the chicken version will take you much less time.

You can serve meat in French with almost any side dish, very tasty with buckwheat, rice, lentils, with any potatoes - fried, baked or boiled, it goes well to taste with pasta and, of course, do not forget about fresh or salted vegetables and the freshest bread with crispy crust.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 400 g

Onions - 100 g

Tomato - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Hard cheese - 80 g

Sea salt - to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Wash the chicken fillet under running water, pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the onion, wash with the tomato.

2. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two, place on a cutting board, cover with cling film, lightly beat with a special notched hammer for chops. Transfer the beaten pieces of chicken to a baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Brush the chicken fillet lightly with mayonnaise, sprinkle with onion chopped in half rings on top.

4. Cut the tomato into thin slices, if it is too large, then cut each circle in half, put on top of the onion. Also lightly grease with mayonnaise.

5. Sprinkle a generous serving of grated hard cheese on the chicken fillet chops, which melts well when baked. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the meat dish in it and bake in the top and bottom heating mode for 20-25 minutes. Next, you need to turn on the convection and let the cheese brown and cover with a light crispy crust.

6. Serve ready-made chicken French meat immediately after cooking with your favorite side dish. I served with fried potatoes, a delicious combination.
