Oatmeal is a great start to the day, a hearty and healthy breakfast. But what if your family can't look at oatmeal anymore? Make them a flake pancake.

Ingredients:

Instant oatmeal - 1 cup

Flour (optional) - 2 tablespoons

Milk - 1 glass

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Onions - 40 g

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. To make oatmeal pancakes, prepare all the required foods from the list. Take flakes of good quality, better instant ones.

2. Pour the oatmeal with a glass of milk, mix thoroughly, leave them to swell for 15-20 minutes. Many people add flour at this stage, if they do not want to wait long for the oatmeal to swell, I do not add flour, high-quality flakes do a good job with this process.

3. At this time, cut the onion into small cubes, fry it for several minutes in a minimum amount of refined vegetable oil until soft and golden brown.

4. When the flakes are swollen and have absorbed enough milk, add fried onions and a raw chicken egg to them, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Stir the contents of the bowl until smooth. The oatmeal dough should look like a regular pancake.

6. Heat some refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread in a heaped tablespoon full of dough and bake the pancakes until golden brown.

7. When they are browned on one side, turn them over with a wooden spatula and bake on the other side until tender.

8. An excellent, healthy and hearty breakfast is ready. Prepare coffee or tea and serve oat pancakes with sour cream or low-fat natural yogurt.
