Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and with May 2018 I switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm), share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.
The point is that only a 15-20 calorie deficit from the norm (which is easy to calculate using the Harris-Benedict formula on the Internet) and we eat tasty, satisfying and lose weight.
Many girls share their impressions and talk about how they never ate so much when losing weight, and even so delicious. And at the same time they get a wonderful result and the figure of their dreams.

On January 5, we decided to spend at home. Or rather, not to go anywhere, but to relax and take a walk in our forest, fortunately, the snow fell - beauty.
We need to walk more while there is an opportunity, well, and shake the New Year's table (and not only the New Year's).
Today I have a cheesecake and green tea with jasmine for breakfast. Hearty and delicious breakfast for 435 kcal.

On New Year's holidays, we decided to pamper ourselves with mangoes.
Someone eats cakes, but we indulge in mangoes - it is healthier and cheaper than cake.
And today I have 160 g of mango for a snack - 110 kcal.
I think I could eat mango always and I don't need any other fruits.
After a snack, we went for a walk in our little forest.
We have wonderful weather today. There is no wind, no precipitation either. Even the sun made me happy.
I urge everyone to walk more on weekends!
Returning from a walk, I quickly turned on shawarma for all the PPs - delicious and very satisfying.
My shawarma pulled on 385 kcal and consisted of 60 g of lavash, 40 g of Korean carrots, 25 g of pickled cucumbers, 70 g of cherry tomatoes, 80 g of chicken breast fried on an electric grill.
Dinner tonight 300 kcal and consisted of chicken breast fried on an electric grill (200 g ready-made) and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, garlic - only 150 g), dressed with 15 g of sour cream 10%.
In addition, during the day I ate dried cranberries with tea for 60 kcal.
In just a day 1290 kcal.
I try to drink a lot of water, drive out stagnation after the holidays. For many, it is surprising, but it is a normal drinking regimen that will relieve you of edema and fluid retention in the body.
The recommended water intake is 30 ml per kilogram of weight.
