The salad is easy to prepare. The basis is the Adyghe cheese, a number of seasonal delicious vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers and a little sweet red onion. At first glance, the composition is quite simple, but the taste of the dish is excellent.
You can serve salad to the table with any dish of meat, poultry, etc. If you are on a diet or proper nutrition, it is perfect as a dinner - it will turn out to be a good option for variety.
For the dressing, I suggest using a little oil and lemon juice or wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Among other things, you can always add a variety of vegetables from yourself, therefore, if, for example, bell peppers come into your field of vision, you can include it in the salad. Well, simple and fast - this option is for lovers of easy recipes.
Ingredients:
Adyghe cheese - 100 g
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Cucumbers - 1 pc.
Red onion - 0.5 pcs.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Wine vinegar or lemon juice - 1 tsp
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Wash and dry fresh cucumbers, you can use several small or one medium size. Check that they are not bitter. Cut into plates or strips.
3. Wash and dry juicy tomatoes, cut off the tails. Cut into small slices, cut out the place of growth of the stalk immediately. For the recipe, small tomatoes are suitable, or cherry tomatoes will fit perfectly here - as you like.
4. Peel the red sweet onion and rinse, cut into small thin half rings. If you decide to use regular onions, marinate them the day before.
5. Cut the Adyghe cheese into small cubes.
6. Add all prepared ingredients into one bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper, add a little vegetable oil and lemon juice / wine vinegar.
7. Stir and serve salad to the table.
