Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

Sea salt - to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Sesame seeds - 0.5 tsp

Parsley - a couple of twigs

Preparation:

1. To prepare the salad, prepare the foods on the list. Peel and peel the vegetables, wash, dry. Any radish is suitable for this salad - black, green, white, daikon or watermelon.

2. Cut the radish and carrots into thin strips; it will be easier and faster to do this using a special grater for Korean carrots. Place vegetables in a deep bowl.

3. Heat a minimum amount of olive oil in a skillet, lightly fry the onion chopped in half rings in it.

4. Cool the onion, add to the vegetables in a bowl along with finely chopped hot peppers.

5. Now add some good quality sea salt, white wine vinegar, soy sauce and black pepper, pour the remaining olive oil into the salad.

6. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly, leave the vegetables to marinate for 10-15 minutes, in such a cut it will happen very quickly. Stir the salad from time to time so that the carrots and radish marinate evenly.

7. Taste the vegetables, if seasoned enough, add the chopped fresh herbs, sprinkle on the dish and stir one last time.

8. Divide into portions, sprinkle with lightly toasted sesame seeds just before serving. Radish salad with carrots is ready, enjoy!
