What is needed:
kefir - 0.5 liters
eggs - 4 pieces in the batter and a plus for the filling
Carbonated water - 150 ml
suluguni - 150-200 gr
herbs to taste
soda - half a teaspoon
vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons of the dough plus cooking
salt to taste
sugar to taste
flour
Kefir is a little heated, and add the eggs, salt, sugar and baking soda, stir until smooth. Then add the flour. Flour as needed to make a thick batter, as in fritters.
Then pour soda, vegetable oil and bake pancakes on the hot frying pan. Carbonated water may need a little more or less. It all depends on how thick you want pancakes.
Cheese rub on a grater, add herbs to it. Now, for each pancake (when it is still hot and is in a pan) Put the cheese, break an egg on top. The edges of the pancake folded the four sides.
Close the pan with a lid and cook on low heat. After 1-2 minutes, the protein "grab" - khachapuri and can be removed from the pan. Bon appetit, my dear!
