For those who want to get slimmer, but cannot withstand strict restrictions and hungry diets - a brief guide to losing weight by counting calories:
New Year is approaching! I saw a fashionable serving of salads in glasses on the Internet. The idea seemed very interesting to me.
And the presentation looks festive, and most importantly in portions. I prepared a portion of salad for each and you do not have to force everyone to finish the prepared salad for three days. And all these salads, because "it's a pity to throw it away" negatively affects our figure.
I decided to try cooking herring under a fur coat.
For one serving, I used:
- boiled beets - 70 g,
- boiled potatoes - 50 g,
- boiled carrots - 40 g,
- salted herring - 65 g,
- onions 15 g,
- natural yogurt - 30 g,
- mustard (bavarian) - 5 g,
- soy sauce - 5 g,
- salt pepper.
Cooking.
Boil all vegetables (except onions) in advance and rub on a coarse grater. We clean the herring and cut into smaller pieces.
Everything as usual you do for herring under a fur coat.
Next, select the dishes in which we will form the salad.

Instead of mayonnaise, this time I used a sauce based on natural yogurt, to which I added mustard and soy sauce. Pepper and salt.
By the way, one can use recipe for PP mayonnaise.
