Stuffed bagels or bagels are an appetizing, original and at the same time the simplest snack in the recipe. Prepared from small, small diameter (these are often called "Baby"), for one bite like tartlets and canapes.

Feel free to experiment with the filling. Choosing minced poultry, meat, mushroom, mixed, lean vegetable or with cereals, season it in different ways with herbs, spices and each time you get a new flavor.

If you are planning a party or buffet, collect the stuffed bagels and do not rush to bake right away. It is better to serve hot or very warm, until the meat is especially juicy and aromatic, and 20 minutes is enough for baking and you can calculate the whole process from and to.

Ingredients:

Bagels - 28 pcs.

Minced chicken with onion, chili and garlic - 200 g

Milk - 300 ml

Mozzarella cheese - 50 g

Tomato - 50 g

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil for greasing foil

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make a meat-filled bagel snack, take the foods listed. Turn on the oven and preheat to 170-180 degrees.

Step 2 - An important and obligatory point - drying / bagels should be dipped in slightly warmed milk (or not too cold water) for 5-7 minutes. Sometimes they are too dry and hard or stale, which take more time. But don't expect to get completely wet. Enough for the top layer of the donut to absorb moisture. Then we shake each one off.

Step 3 - Cover the baking sheet covered with foil or baking paper with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Without fat, stuffed bagels stick and often burn. Keep distance and place in rows.

Step 4 - With wet or slightly oiled hands from chicken or other minced meat, roll up small balls and put them in the center of the bagels - in the hole. In addition to the basic mixture of salt and ground pepper, onions, garlic, chili, and everything that is usually found in meatballs, cutlets, meatballs and other dishes with minced meat can be added to the minced meat. Sometimes meat balls are greased with mayonnaise, it will come out fatter and juicier, but more high-calorie.

Step 5 - Cut the pure tomato into small slices - cover the meat, press slightly. If necessary, add salt and pepper, drip mayonnaise.

Step 6 - The last filling closes the cheese, better - melt varieties. We divide the mozzarella balls in circles, hard - many rub it with shavings. We put in an already hot oven, dry at the same temperature (170-180 degrees) for about 20 minutes, until golden cheese crust.

Step 7 - Put the minced bagels on a clean plate in one layer, decorate with herbs at random and serve. Have a nice snack!
