I have already published two recipes from pangasius the other day. (Son bought one and a half kilogram of fillet, I had to fantasize).
We cooked fish pate and fried bran fish. Now it's the turn of the remaining piece of fish.
🍽 WHAT YOU WILL NEED 🍽
* pangasius - 500 gr
* soy sauce - 100 ml
* garlic - 1-2 cloves
* tomato juice - 1 glass

Chop fish in stripes 👇
Fill soy sauce and leave for an hour.
(We had fish pickled overnight) 👇
An hour later pour in tomato juice in fish, add grated garlic and, if desired, a mixture of ground peppers.
Mix and leave another 30 minutes, meanwhile
skewers soak in water 👇
Baking tray cover foil or baking paper. String fish on skewers.
We boiled the potatoes a little more and also sent them to the fish on a baking sheet, pouring them with marinade from the fish.
Bake in a well-heated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees 30-35 minutes 👇
