Today I propose to cook a very tasty and satisfying dish that will appeal to many people, especially men - pork with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven. You will need to take a meat collar, it has a small amount of fat, so in the end the meat will not dry out, but on the contrary, even after baking, it will remain juicy and soft.

Potatoes can be taken young, if possible. As for mushrooms, champignons will be an excellent option, but other varieties, even forest ones, for example, will give no less bright, and maybe even more intense taste. If you have dried mushrooms, grind them in a coffee grinder and grind them on the dish before baking - a chic aroma is guaranteed.

Ingredients:

Pork neck - 300 g

Young potatoes - 5-6 pcs.

Champignons - 5-6 pcs.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Sea salt and pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Spices for meat - to taste

Description of the cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.

2. Wash potato tubers well - you can use a new dishwashing sponge, it is the hard side of the washcloth that they wash out perfectly. If the potatoes are late, it is better to peel them, then wash and dry them. Cut into slices or cubes.

3. Grind the potato wedges with coarse sea salt and ground black pepper. You can also always use the seasonings and herbs that you like. Sweet paprika, some turmeric, smoked dry tomatoes, dried garlic, etc. will fit well here.

4. Grease the form with vegetable oil, transfer the potato bars into it and mix a little. In parallel, turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.

5. Be sure to rinse the pork neck and dry it with kitchen paper towels, cut into small pieces. Arrange the pieces of meat between the potato wedges.

6. Peel and rinse the onion, dry it, cut into half rings. The champignons also need to be washed, lightly shake off excess water drops from them, and cut. Spread the sliced ​​onion and mushrooms over the entire form. Transfer the container to the oven, after sealing it with foil.

7. That's all, bake the meat with potatoes and mushrooms for about 40 minutes, then arrange on plates and serve.
