According to this recipe, rice is not boiled in the usual way in boiling water, but is cooked in a pan, like an Italian risotto. The dish is hearty, high-calorie and energizing for a long time, it is combined with any gravy, chops, cutlets and is suitable for self-serving.

Step 1 - For homemade rice and cheese, take the foods listed. Prepare a dish with different rice, but the best result will be obtained from white starch. If you prefer a harsh or spicy flavor, colored rice, season with turmeric, curry mixture, smoked paprika or coriander, dried garlic, cumin. White rice will gratefully accept any aroma and will be saturated with a new flavoring "shade" in the pan. For those with minimal flavor, I recommend following the step-by-step recipe without digressing.
Step 2 - Heat the frying pan to high heat, pour in olive, corn or sunflower oil of your choice. The main thing is refined to avoid burning or smoke, as well as a rich smell. Throw in a portion of rice (if necessary, rinse with cold water beforehand, removing cloudy deposits, shake off).
Step 3 - Keep on fire for about 3-4 minutes, stir and soak in vegetable oil until transparent.
Step 4 - Then add small amounts of boiling water (no more than 100 ml) and often swipe around with a spatula until the moisture has completely evaporated. Next, pour in boiling water again and, stirring, continue to evaporate the liquid. And so over and over again. Thus, the starch is released and the rice gets a silky texture. Anyone who is in a hurry can pour about 250 ml of boiling water after oiling / roasting the beans, simmer under the lid until tender, check for softness and, if necessary, add more water. Often, rice with cheese and other products is prepared by adding meat, fish or chicken broth, dry wine, vegetable broths.
Step 5 - Season the finished rice with butter, salt and ground pepper - remove from heat.
Step 6 - Immediately grate the cheese, stir.
Step 7 - Serve the tender rice with cheese, hot or warm, on a shared plate or in portioned bowls.
