Fried potatoes with meat and mushrooms

It is quite possible to cook a hearty, tasty family lunch or dinner in a simple way, and both a novice cook and an inexperienced man in cooking can cope with it. Rosy soft fried potatoes with meat, onions and mushrooms - what could be tastier? In summer, you can serve this dish with a rustic tomato salad with cucumbers and onions, dressed fragrant vegetable oil, and in winter it is ideal - with barrel crispy cucumbers or pickled cabbage.

Ingredients:

Pork - 250 g

Potatoes - 6 pieces

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Champignons - 200 g

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Garlic - 1 clove

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. Peel the potatoes and onions, wash them under running water along with the pork, pat dry with paper towels. Clean the mushroom caps with a hard kitchen sponge.

2. Cut the pork into thin strips, heat vegetable oil in a pan, put the meat in it, fry over high heat on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Cut the onions into half rings, add to the pan to the meat.

4. Place the sliced ​​potatoes immediately after the onion slices. Now you need to make the fire quieter under the pan, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly so that the onions do not burn.

5. After a while, pour in a little water, cover again and simmer vegetables with meat over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

6. When the meat and potatoes are tender enough, add the chopped mushrooms to the pan. Cover again and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

7. Salt and pepper the finished potatoes with meat and mushrooms, add a clove of garlic crushed with the back of a knife and heat the dish for about a minute. Garlic needs to give its taste and aroma.

Catch and discard the garlic before serving. Serve the finished meal directly in the pan in which it was cooked.
