Pancakes on mineral water with chicken and mushrooms
DOUGH
- Mix eggs with sugar and salt, add half the milk.
- Stir in flour so that the dough is free of lumps.
- Pour in the remaining milk.
- Add vegetable oil to the dough, mix and leave for half an hour.
- Stir the dough and add sparkling water.
- You can fry pancakes right away.
- I grease the pan with oil only before the first pancakes, all the rest I bake in a dry pan.
- The pan needs to be heated very strongly.
- The dough should be fairly runny and flow well in the pan.
- From this amount of dough, I got 15 pancakes.
FILLING
- For the filling, I took finely chopped chicken and mushrooms.
- As well as onions, some cream, flour and seasonings.
- Chop and fry mushrooms and onions.
- The main thing is to evaporate the liquid from them.
- Add chicken and fry everything together until tender.
- The filling must be seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Add cream with starch to it.
- Bring everything to a boil and heat for 3-5 minutes.
- The filling should be allowed to cool slightly and the pancakes can be rolled.
