To get tasty and juicy meat when frying, it must first be marinated. The recipe for this marinade is the best fit for this, because the meat can be kept in it for almost a day and even frozen.
A sauce is created based on common foods that can be found in any refrigerator: onions, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. The only difficulty in cooking is grating the onion on a fine grater, since you need to get the onion puree. Choose a well-ventilated area for this procedure.
The sauce is not prepared for future use - the onion will begin to taste bitter after a day and the smell will become specific. Be sure to place the marinade with meat in a closed container or bag, especially if you refrigerate it in the refrigerator, as the tart aroma can be transferred to other foods.
Ingredients for 0.5 kg of meat:
- 1 onion;
- 1.5 tbsp. mustard;
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce;
- 0.5 tsp salt;
- 4-5 pinches of ground black pepper.
Preparation:
1. Peel the onion, rinse in water. Grate into a deep container on a grater with fine holes or on a special puree for creating, preferably - under an exhaust hood or in a well-ventilated area, as this procedure causes profuse tearing.
2. Add mustard to the onion puree - store mustard, already mixed with vinegar and infused. Pour in soy sauce, if desired - a little vegetable oil, but it is better not to add it, since it will create a film on the surface of the meat through which the pork will not be able to absorb all the aromas and tastes spices.
3. Add salt and ground black pepper. If you want to get a brighter and more bitter taste of the dish, add a little ground red hot pepper.
4. Mix everything carefully, being careful not to inhale the flavor of the marinade.
5. Cut the meat into finger-thick slices and place in a zip bag. A container with a lid can be used.
6. Pour in the prepared sauce, carefully close the bag and mix its contents so that the pork is covered with marinade. Place in the cold for 30-40 minutes, maximum for a day.
7. After the specified time, the meat can be removed from the refrigerator and warmed up to room temperature, and then fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side - it will turn out juicy, incredibly fragrant and delicious. Create this classic marinade anytime in your kitchen!
