You will need:
- the shade of the same color, but different in saturation (I'll use a light purple and dark purple, because purple is well emphasizes green eyes);

We print on a brush the darkest shade (brown in my case) and hold the thin-thin line on the upper eyelid near the eyelash growth. It is necessary to make sure to get a deeper color. We derive the tail of the arrow beyond the eyes (keep the lower eyelid line). The length of the "tail" - up to 0.5 cm.
