Baked potato with chicken is one of the simplest and most favorite dishes, it is often served in our family. A big plus is that we immediately cook meat and side dishes - the result is always amazing, the aroma is in the whole kitchen, it smells incredibly fragrant.
Besides potatoes, I suggest adding some vegetables - carrots and onions are perfect, and some garlic for a more flavorful result. You can buy any parts of the chicken, it is not necessary to take wings, a drumstick or fillet, or even a whole carcass, are also suitable.
The dish should be served in addition to fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients:
Young potatoes - 300 g
Chicken wings - 200 g
Bulb onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Process description:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Wash and dry the chicken wings, then grind with salt and ground pepper. If you wish, you can marinate them in advance, choose your favorite marinade - it will be delicious in any case. You can use a mixture of soy sauce, mustard, spices, and honey. You can marinate the wings in tomato sauce or even the simplest mayonnaise.
3. The potato variety should be such that it cooks quickly. Wash the tubers with a stiff brush, then cut them into medium cubes, the main thing is not to make the cutting very small.
4. Peel and rinse carrots and onions under water, dry. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into small pieces or cubes.
5. Fry chicken wings in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
6. Mix the prepared vegetables and put them in a heat-resistant container, do not forget to season with salt and pepper, add the garlic skipped on the press. Spread the chicken on top. Seal the form with foil, bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Serve the finished dish hot.
