A simple salad with successfully replace a full dinner.
When there is no desire to cook serious and complex dishes, they can easily replace these salad of smoked salmon, lettuce, avocado and nuts.
Recipe salad of smoked salmon with avocado
Ingredients:
- 300 g of smoked salmon or trout (can use chum or pink salmon)
- 2 avocados
- a handful of nuts
- 3 handfuls of lettuce all, but rather small
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- parsley for flavor and decoration
Cooking method:
1. Fish peel and bones and cut or break into large pieces.
2. Avocado remove the seeds and peel, chop.
3. Nuts (they have to be peeled) lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
4. Lettuce break hands.
5. All the ingredients together, season with salt and whipped with olive oil and lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
