Pork ribs with vegetables in pots

I don’t know about you, but I, being at home, do not leave the refrigerator. I haven't finished my salad yet, I'm already eating a sandwich. Now you will have to spend a lot of time at home, and cooking will not be in the first place, but not far from the latter, so I want to cook tasty, satisfying, as little as possible to stand at the stove and, as far as possible, less high in calories.

Today we will cook pork ribs in pots. What I like about this dish is that all you have to do is cut vegetables and meat, and the oven will do everything for you. If the family is large, you can immediately cook 10-12 pots, and don't go to the stove for 2 days. Here you have both the first and the second.

For ribs in pots for (2 servings) we need:
pork ribs -400 gr.

  • Potatoes - 2 pcs. large
  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs.
  • Cheese - 100 gr.

When I cook the ribs, I like that they were, after all, stewed, and slightly fried, so we cut the ribs, marinate for 10 minutes in spices

and fry in a skillet.

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees.

While the ribs are fried, cut the courgette and pepper into small pieces.

Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into small pieces.

While we were cutting vegetables, the meat was fried.

We put the ribs in pots,

put potatoes, peppers, then zucchini and tomato on top.

I put it in this order, because the tomato and zucchini will juice and fill the pot with the necessary liquid. Salt each row of vegetables a little.

Cover the pots with a lid and put in the oven for an hour.

After an hour, the contents of the pot will settle and you can safely sprinkle cheese on top.

We close the pot and for another 5-10 minutes they should stand closed in the oven. Then we increase the oven temperature to 250 degrees, open the pot, and give the opportunity to bake a beautiful cheese crust for another 5 minutes. After that we take out and eat.

This dish is perfect not only on weekdays, but you can also prepare for the arrival of guests and tell that you did not leave the kitchen for half a day.
